[SBE] Copper Thefts

Jay White the Dir. of Eng. for Morris Communications experienced a 
ground system theft at one of their arrays in Palm Springs last year. He 
wrote an article in the latest Radio Guide relating the experience and 
went on to describe a substance he found to put over the ground system 
to greatly discourage/prevent a recurrence. The article called it 
"Glue", but I am unsure of the exact trade name that it goes by. The 
article further stated that the cost of treatment was around $4K for the 
array which would be well worth the price.
