[SBE] Copper Thefts

Sounds like, perhaps, a better alternative to concrete. I wonder
how it works for vegetation control. In this area (Seattle) AM sites
are a constant maintenance issue due to the high rate of growth of
plant matter. Certainly asphalt can resolve both issues.
