Is that cable, Sat?  None of the cable companies up here in the Great Lakes 
are hiking rates for the conversion from analog to DTV. They would rather be 
all digital because they can squeeze in more channels in the spectrum, meaning 
more bux, and an all digital system does not have to carry analog TV, only the 
digital signal where some now carry analog on analog and DTV on DTV.  Cable 
and satellite ad wars here over who has the most DTV and most HDTV.
