Sounds like a local TV station that has the reputation of stiffing its 
vendors to where the engineer quit because he was being orally assaulted at NAB by 
vendors that were owned money by his station. It is group owned and the owners 
are filthy rich, but they buy the cheapest consumer/industrial crap and the 
operators run 5 or more stations in distant markets in one MCR for low wages and 
no respect.
