[SBE] curvature of the earth

Used to be printed in the back pages of every Marti catalogue years ago.

Try your local engineering or surveyer supply.  Ask them for Four Thirds
Earth graph paper.

Several vendors made it back in the "slide rule days," and surely it's still
available.
