[SBE] Copper theft law in Missouri

Roz did a superb job of getting this meeting together. It was better
than most informational meetings held at the NAB!

You would be well advised to conduct this type of meeting at your
chapters. It contains vital information each SBE member could use
when confronted with this situation.
