[SBE] DTV converter

The TV DTV meter means nothing since the converter box is the RF source to 
the analog input.  All you can really do is figure out where the blue screen 
level is and try and do better than that with the antenna.   Here in Chicago 
there are 4 antenna locations, depending on where you live,  the directional 
"spread" is anywhere from 40 degrees to 180 degrees. with more than 80% of the 
metro pop having to move the antenna for one or more stations.
