[SBE] UPDATED:In Search of Decomissioned or Soon to Be Larcan Low Band 2-6 Transmitter

Anyone have any knowledge of a Larcan  Channel 2-6 OR Harris Ch 6
(digitally upgradeable) Transmitter being decommissioned that would be
available before the end of the transition. Have a full power client
desperately in need.  I know some sattions out there are just buying new
instead of upgrading.... Contact me off list.
