[SBE] What happens to the tuners when a new sub-channel is added?

depends on the TV. some will find it and some need to rescan.  That was an 
issue when there was thought of switching from HD to SD and back to HD by 
daypart.  If you are using the autochannel scan and stepping through most likely it 
won't be found because it is not in the TV set memory. If you are manually 
stepping all the channels it will find it.
