[SBE] Tower site manager job description

Here's some things you can consider.  These would be duties you could
include in a job description.

1.  Coordinate power reductions or shut downs between the tenants to provide
safety for tower climbers when maintenance needs to be done.

2.  Watch or be aware of site security issues.

3.  Monitor or arrange for site maintenance such as mowing and road clearing
(snow) if applicable.

4.  Is there a common area to be maintained?  Bathroom, HVAC?

5.  Common generator to be maintained?

6.  Observe tower lights, report outages, do the quarterly lighting
inspection as required by FCC.

7.  Be trained (certified) in RF safety matters and monitor site activity
for same.
