[SBE] BICSI

In so far as I have found, no one in B'stng has BICSI so far. I am studying for it however. My point was that the rest of telecom seems to be embracing BICSI, the construction industry and local regulators seem to be embracing BICSI. I believe BICSI compliance is something we will encounter soon, such as if handling an FM transmitter install at site shared with other communications professionals. The BICSI RCCD folks I have encountered were extremely knowledgeable, akin to a PE level of education and professional practice in some cases.
