[SBE] More Handy Software

While we're discussing software...

Does anyone have a link (or remember the name) of the software that
creates those handy indirect FM power charts. You type in the
efficiency of the transmitter, along with the nominal parameters and
it creates a nice chart.

I found it a month or two ago, then promptly forgot the name! And, of
course, I can't seem to find it on my computer anywhere!

Any ideas?
