[SBE] More Handy Software

RFS does indeed work with Vista, although, as with all the flavors of 
Windows, the print function doesn't work.  Despite that, I use RFS very 
often since it does calculations I haven't been able to find in other free 
programs, such as the area of guyed tower plot, an intermod calculator and 
several others.
