[SBE] Oscar Cuellar legacy test equipment

An AFCCE member Oscar Cuellar died last year. I talked to Mark Cuellar and
the family is still paying off Oscar's bills.  They are cleaning out the
storage now and Mark brought over Oscar's GR 1606-A bridge, GR 1330-A bridge
oscillator, and PI SD31 signal generator with built in receiver in the lid.
The internal battery of the SD31 is dead (Oscar probably last used it to put
KHTH Dillon, CO 1130 on the air in 1987 
as it was still set on 1100) but it works fine on the power cord.  
Everything is very clean as you know. That is how Oscar kept all his test
equipment.

If you know someone in engineering who needs some very nice test gear the
family would appreciate the help changing storage into paid bills.  Tim
