[SBE] HD plant construction engineer needed

I'm glad to see these comments. This gets to the heart of what's wrong with our industry. 
Here's the question. Is this skilled labor? How skilled is it?

THis isn't contracting, its a temperary staff position.  In case you forgot, minimum wage is just over $5/hr.
