[SBE] Who is Radiotime.com?

Although there are certainly some advantages of someone else repeating
your audio (let them pay for the bandwidth and hardware) that is
probably not a good idea. The problem with someone else streaming your
audio is one that the RIAA and SoundExchange would be happy to address.
They are expecting a payment for performances. If someone else is
streaming your audio they probably won't get that payment.

My .02 worth (Is that 60 seconds worth of streaming time?).
