[SBE] Who is Radiotime.com?

If all they do is point to your streaming provider and your streaming
provider is doing all of the accounting, then I don't see a problem.
The only time I could imagine a problem is if someone is taking the
stream and repeating it elsewhere without any accounting being done for
each listener.
