[SBE] WUSA video on antenna install for Washington DC CH24

Norm Jeweler, US Tower,  likes choppers.  He did the same for the TV antenna that went on the top of Metropolitan Police Department's tower back in the early eighties.  It is quick and easy.  Besides how do you mount a gin pole on a cantilevered section?
