Well its not their money they are giving out, its ours. here come the tax 
increases!

I'm surprised we don't have telly licenses as they do in Europe. $100 per 
year per TV set. Lets see how that goes over.   We already have cable TV taxes, 
satellite TV taxes, telephone taxes, 911 taxes, universal service taxes ad 
nauseum.
