[SBE] Proposed Analog Shutoff Extention

You apply for early shut off and explain why you feel you can abondon your 
analog audience.  then the FCC will clog its drawers and the shut off date will 
pass before your application is approved. So I suppose you also ask for an STA 
to stay on the air past shutdown while the FCC ponders your request for early 
shut off. With appeals and modifications you should be able to keep the old 
girl working wuiter some time.  ha ha ha.  Then again, just buy a LPTV and keep 
the analog signal for another 3-6 years, move it to your current analog 
channel. ta-daa.
