[SBE] Proposed Analog Shutoff Extention

In addition to this topic, what are people's thoughts on Julius Genachowski
being named as FCC chair?  He's a Harvard buddy of Obama's who was at
the FCC under Clinton and an executive at IAC/InterActive Corp. from 97 to
05.
