[SBE] DTV Delay

Since Bush gave DHS 90 days to come up with a solution about two years ago, I don't think anybody in DC cares.  Obama may not even know about EAS.

If they're doing this to the DTV deadline, what are they going to do to
NextGen EAS?

The bright side to this is . if they delay the DTV transition to June . the
weather will be better.
