Media FLO is owned by Qualcomm. Qualcomm holds just about every patent on 
cell phone technology and gets 80& of its income from license fees on 
intellectual rights.  FLO collects from every phone sold and direct from the phone 
sellers, Sprint, Verizon, etc. There are market hold ups from ch 54, 55, 56, but 
since they just got the adjacent channel 56, they could start using 56 where 55 
is operational, just as they use 55 where 56 is a TV station.
