[SBE] New AM Rules

Any thoughts on the new AM Rules? An application has been filed for WKOX.
The station was granted PTA within a few days!.

The comment period for the new Part 1.0 rules for towers constructed near an
AM array ends today. There will probably be an R&O on those rules soon.
