Not everyone is fortunate enough to work at an OTA station, but you
still have to meet the same standards (except RF) for digital video on
cable or the web.

I see some non broadcast responses. Last I heard OTA TV still had to
have a live person monitoring somewhere in the world. If the rules have
changed I'd like to cut some costs.
