[SBE] Unattended TV station

FCC has permitted unattended broadcast stations for several years now. Operator and automation not needed. Lock the door and go home.

I see some non broadcast responses. Last I heard OTA TV still had to have a live person monitoring somewhere in the world. If the rules have changed I'd like to cut some costs.
