[SBE] Unattended TV station

I know WCBS TV does have transmitter engineers. Mike Collis WA6SVT is oen of 
them and spends a lot of time on Mountain duty. There is no MCR, TOC 
requirement, there has only been the transmitter operator requirement (and tx logs but 
no program logs for a long time).  We auto log radio and TV, but since TV 
isn't automated yet, always have an MC operator to serve as TX monitor. The new HD 
plant is all automated, and about 2 months from fax testing and training of 
the ops. It'll have 4 DT (2 HD, 2 SD) and radio.
