The solution is simple.  Go back and only allow the president to 
activate EAS.  No radio in my cell phone please.  I use it to talk to 
other people when I need to and use another device when I want music. 
Too much  is too much.  Please SBE don't get involved with this can of 
worms except in a negative sense.
