Cell phones already offer TV for a fee, text for a fee, web for fee, 
downloads for a fee, breathing for a fee,  OK, I made that last one up,.radio should 
be no bigger to the revenue boys to develop a fee structure, heck the 911 fee 
is in there, next an EAS universal service fee.  But I digress. IMAS is on my 
docket to check into.
