[SBE] attachments on the Roundtable

No attachments are sent through the SBE Roundtable list. There are several hundred subscribers, and for any given topic there are plenty of people who do not want to receive a 1MB attachment. It's also considered bad e-mail list etiquette to send attachments (especially large ones) through an e-mail list.

If a file is needed for a discussion, I prefer to have that file posted and then a link provided to access it. I thought Richard's initial e-mail provided a good summary, but the file will be posted for those interested in receiving it.
