[SBE] attachments on the Roundtable

Chriss,

Perhaps Richard should know this so he can include the link? Perhaps a
forwarding signature should include the link if it's the same for each
unattached doc? This is a suggestion to avoid confusion, as not
everyone subscribes to the originating list.

Or maybe it's just me?
