Earth Station licenses are handled by the International Bureau. The
application form is the 312. It is filed on line through the IB filing
system which is similar to CDBS. A frequency coordination is required. The
cost is around $ 1000.

Registration documents are not issued so just go on line and print out the
grant notice. The registration is issued for 10 years and can be renewed.
Most of the microwave coordination companies will do an ES PCN.
