[SBE] H1N1 Response

The very best way to prepare is to have any employee who is sick (even
if they just have a cold) _NOT GO TO WORK_ for any reason regardless of
who the employee is, or what position they have, or what department they
work in. Many, many times, employees feel the need, or are urged by
management, to work when sick. All this does is *get more people sick*!
Which is not good for the productivity, or financial bottom line of a
company. In my opinion more owners and managers need to realize this
simple fact.

I saw a satellite feed this morning which spoke to a doctor from CDC.
His advice was to self isolate, for at least a week, or up to one day
after the symptoms disappear. Good sound advice! Trying to prepare after
50% or more of the staff is infected, or sick with the flu, is a waste
of time, energy, and effort.
