[SBE] 700 MHz wireless question

I've got some local gov't and church clients that have a lot of 700 MHz
wireless mic systems, one church is less than 500 yards from a firestation.
I read the article in the Signal about the changeover, but how tight is the
enforcement going to be?  Do I need to start pushing them all towards new
gear now?  I've mentioned the issue to some, but they don't seem to be too
receptive (pun intended).
