[SBE] 700 MHz wireless question

Of course they do understand they are not authorized to operate on TV
channels and could be fined $10,000? This includes local governments. Look
at the Part 90 fines that local government entities get.

I recommend they move as soon as possible. One complaint and they will be in
a difficult position.
