[SBE] nitrogen

I used to do that at an FM station, similar to what Bill describes. We also
found it more cost effective.

Those tanks are stainless steel and can easily sit outdoors, freeing up
space in a tight transmitter room. And it's easier to swap them out when
that time comes.
