[SBE] WAGA Analog Sign Off w/ First CE

Folks, it may be a while, but WZZM- TV13 had the waving flag, the Star 
Spangled Banner, and the TV Indian head for the analog sign off. I was 
at the TX site. Not sure how to get the video, but I'll work on it.
