The interview with Mr. Cram was excellent.  

With hopes that representatives of the station are on this list: Thanks to WAGA for committing so much time and production to our own history, to Neil Mazur, current Chief Engineer for a good product and the foresight to incorporate the orignal chief, and to Mr. Cram for being part of Atlanta TV history; twice!

Selfishly, though my favorite part of this piece was the beautiful RCA transmitter in the background.  Just for the personal nostalgia.  At my first radio engineering job, I maintained a BTF-10E1 that sat right next to one of those blue beasts on channel 19.

I heard one TV reporter opine that this might be another "Y2K".  

Has anyone gotten any reports of problems?  I suppose we won't know for sure until viewers try and view their evening or late night news.  The NAB survey reported that more than 2 million people were not ready.  Does someone remember what the number was in February?  I bet this number isn't much lower.
