I was about to shoot a note to Herb and ask if there were any issues about retransmitting NWR on an HD multicast channel. Glad you're looking in to it. Rather have an expert pose the question.

I am looking into the NWR on HD3 issue right now....I know that there are locations where you find dedicated Noaa Weather on normal FM channels.
If a TV broadcaster were willing to trade something for HD3 carriage of their audio this could be a nice plus for the radio station, not sure how the TV would view the addition of the HD3 channel, especially in light of the limited number of receivers out there.
