[SBE] Commerical question, sort of, looking for attorney in TN

I am posting here only since radio-tech does not seem to be working reliably,,,I rarely get their digests.

 

For anyone in Tennesse...

 

I am looking for a lawyer who understand tenants rights in the early termination of commerical (retail space) leases.

 

This has nothing to do with a radio station, but nobody in DC/MD seems able to point me to someone in TN.  

 

The property in question is my F-I-L ex-business in TN.

 

Any assistance is appreciated.
