No problem, I'll self certify.  :-)  I worked for GWSC, and put in a lot of 
dishes for various facilities. "I hereby certify that I am certified."  
Even better, I'll be the Czar of sat dish certifications. point antenna up, 
look for signal, fire full bandwidth full power salvo, if picture doesn't go 
away, its OK.  Opps sorry HBO.  Call sat owner and book time/transponder, 
raise pirate flag.
