[SBE] Burk ARC-16 Question

You might do a Google search on "telephone dialer". With one of the
free to low priced autodialing computer programs offered plus a cheap,
second hand computer, you might find a solution easy to construct. Use
the computer to sense the power switch-over and to initiate a sequence
of timed calls.
