[SBE] Burk ARC-16 Question

Is this unit calling the CE, or is another unit calling the CE (perhaps the
Studio unit) that this unit is connected through.

We had a recent issue with a set of daisy-chained units where a
configuration issue on one wouldn't allow certain alarms to pass.
