[SBE] Burk ARC-16 Question

This unit is calling the CE. From most of the responses, it sounds like the easiest solution is to program his number into all the callout slots, or maybe throw my number in too for good measure.

Is this unit calling the CE, or is another unit calling the CE (perhaps the Studio unit) that this unit is connected through.

We had a recent issue with a set of daisy-chained units where a configuration issue on one wouldn't allow certain alarms to pass.

We've already got it on a UPS. It's puzzling that it alarmed but he never got a call.

If the Burk isn't on a UPS, it mail fail to restart when the power from teh generator comes on. My most frequent task is resetting it after any outage even though it is on UPS.
