[SBE] Have another Digital question

I noticed that my Pilot Level is too high. If you own a Sencore and have the
Rf expert software the Pilot is in the yellow. I think this is causing
SI_Repetition_errors for my STT and MGT tables. Any ideas on how to improve
the Pilot Level? The pilot measures -07.5dBc from carrier level of -42.7dBm.
