[SBE] Harmonic MV-50 VBR Encoder

I am looking for a Harmonic MV-50 Variable Bit Rate (VBR) MPEG-2 SD video
encoder. Harmonic has discontinued it, as well as it's successor, the
MV-100 and now only has the Ion series of MPEG encoders. If anyone has an
MV-50 that they would consider selling, please drop me a line and I'll see
if we can come to a deal. I think I could even take a CBR version and get
Harmonic to sell me a VBR license (if they will still do that).
