[SBE] Question about Radio Station ID for HD services --

Most common I hear is the "WXXX Anytown and WXXX HD-1 Anytown."  Multicasts
are "WXXX Anytown HD-2"
I've also heard a few "This is WXXX Anytown, also broadcasting in digital on
HD-1"

What I've also been told is acceptable is the ID on PAD data.
