That's what engineers get paid to write about and charge you for a dtv to
dtv study. The interference levels are not the same for dtv to dtv as dtv to
analog and we've known that since the rules were made. That's also part of
why DTV runs a lot less power than NTSC. Just because XYZ Com.com has filed
on every possible frequency doesn't mean you can't file and object to them
unless the objection period is over from teh date of public notice. There
are also different standards for dtv to part 27 and 27 to dtv or 27 to analog
stations too.
