[SBE] truck for sale, EFP, radio, eqpt demo, or ???

Unless the DOT regulations have changed since I supervised an ENG/SNG 
fleet, while the Hours of Service regulations do kick in for all 
commercial vehicles over 10,001 lbs GVWR, a CDL isn't required until 
26,001 lbs.
