[SBE] Shut down analog transmitters

For full service broadcaster, the implementation of ATSC digital should have
resulted in the final shutdown of all the analog transmitters. I have had
many calls from Central and South America on the availability of late model
analog transmitters. VHF and UHF. Please respond to me at:
